On May 20, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin announced the appointment of Robert E. Richardson as Circuit Court Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court, which serves Greenbrier and Pocahontas counties. During a phone interview with the West Virginia Daily News on June 10, Richardson shared his road to appointment and plans for the future.
