Robert C. Byrd Clinic (RCBC) is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Jennifer Rose, DO. Dr. Rose will be joining our Family Medicine Department at RCBC. With a focus on general primary care, she will be an asset to the clinic and the local community.
Having been raised on a beef-cattle farm in Hillsboro, W.Va, Dr. Rose has close ties to the surrounding area and its people. After graduating from Pocahontas County High School in 2003, she then proceeded to receive her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 2007. Dr. Rose completed her osteopathic medical degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012 and then went on to complete residency training in family medicine at Charleston Area Medical Center in 2015.
Prior to joining RCBC, she practiced at Community Care of West Virginia in Marlinton, W.Va. Dr. Rose is joined by her husband, Lloyd Anderson. The couple is expecting their first child in January 2021.
When asked about joining the RCBC team, Dr. Rose responded, “I am excited to join the medical staff at RCBC and look forward to the opportunity to continue to serve the Greenbrier Valley and surrounding communities in their primary healthcare needs.”
