The following governmental bodies will hold public meetings this week:

The Greenbrier County Board of Health will meet in special session on Monday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m. at the health department in Fairlea. On the agenda: consider audit bids and select financial auditor for fiscal years 2022 and 2023 and more.

Ronceverte City Council will meet at Ronceverte City Hall, on Edgar Ave., Monday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. On the agenda: water systems upgrade contract 3; payment and updates on repairs and upgrades; line upgrade; stormwater related business; stormwater rehabilitation project update and more.

The finance committee of the city of Lewisburg will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West. On the agenda: liability and cyber security insurance renewal; Hollowell Park light replacement bid approval and more.

Lewisburg City Council will hold a special session on Tuesday, Nov. 8, immediately following the finance committee meeting which begins at 7 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West. On the agenda: Ordinance 313, home rule amendment, decrease B&O tax, first reading; Ordinance 315, implementation of sales and use tax, first reading and more.

The city of Ronceverte Board of Appeals will meet on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. at city hall. On the agenda: 204 Edgar Avenue (old Rexall building), meeting with various professionals to assess current condition and owner’s progress on the unsafe, dilapidated structure and more.
