One of the biggest casualties from the COVID pandemic was the loss of the many economic benefits from West Virginia’s significant number of fairs and festivals.
All these goings-on are part of what makes Greenbrier and the surrounding counties such a great place to live. Besides being fun, well-managed festivals and events offer a host of economic benefits to communities.
Well, this year one of the biggest, Mountain Music Fest, is back in a big way with a bigger lineup of bands, and brand-new artist exhibition hall, attendees at this year’s concerts have more entertainment options than ever.
Organizer Chris Collins believes all of these enhancements make this year’s Mountain Music Fest at Ace adventure Park in Oak Hill more enjoyable and will also be a significant economic boost for the state.
“It’s bigger this year. It’s always better — we added a permanent structure, a big pavilion, for our artists galleries this year. We got some epic collaboration with all these musicians from all these different bands. So that’s something kind of unique and special.”
Featuring three stages in three different areas at Ace Adventures, the music comes at you from every direction no matter where you are. And the variety can’t be matched at any other music festival in the state.
“Each year we try to come up with something kind of unique and special,” said Collins. “You’re not going to see that show anywhere else but Mountain Music Fest.”
Tickets are still available. You can get tickets at the gate. There are two-day tickets available for Friday and Saturday or you can also purchase single day tickets for Saturday. Visit www.mountainmusicfest West virginia.com for more details.
