On Friday night, about 300 people gathered to celebrate keeping their doors open over the past two years.
The Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce held its dinner and reception at The Greenbrier for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and people were ecstatic to gather among friends and colleagues in a convivial and celebratory atmosphere.
When giving the opening invocation, WV Sen. Stephen Baldwin raised a toast, “to a better year in ‘Best’ Virginia.”
Among those honored were Swift Level Fine Meats as new business of the year; Davis Stuart for non-profit business of the year; and Steve Talbot, owner of Greenbrier Automotive Group, as business leader of the year.
