The annual Lewisburg Christmas Parade has returned from its COVID-19 slumber!
The parade was held on Saturday, December 4, with ample audince members coming out to socialize and see what the town has to offer.
“What an incredible day,” said Lewisburg Mayor Beverly White. “We could not have asked for better weather. The participation, the crowd, it was just so wonderful to see everybody out and enjoying the day. I want to thank everybody that came out, our judges, for a really great Christmas parade.”
After the parade, the individual winners were posted to the City of Lewisburg Facebook page:
Third-place float: Little Rascals daycare
Second place float: Collins Aerospace
First place float: H & H developer
Third place best antique car/vehicle: Massey Ferguson tractor
Second place best antique car/vehicle: Ford 150 Andrew Gardner
First place best antique car/vehicle: Dodge
Second place best band: Eastern Greenbrier Middle School
First place best band: Greenbrier East High School.
Third-place best walking injury: Davis Stewart horse program
Second place best walking entry: Greenbrier Sporting club bar and girls
First place best walking entry: Images of Dance
