The Williamsburg Flying Falcons 4-H Club had an adventurous day on Sunday, Oct. 24. We traveled to Alderson to take a ride on the Amtrak to White Sulphur Springs. We walked on the Greenbrier grounds to the stables with a quick stop by the springhouse. We went to visit the falconry building for a presentation by Cody Morgan. He showed us the hawk, the owl, and the falcon. He showed us how the falcon can fly between trees and when it eats, it hides its food under its wings. All club members enjoyed the fun day. We want to thank Cody Morgan for an interesting and educational program.
