Lewisburg Fire Department Calls for September 2021
We responded to 98 emergency calls in September. 58 calls were inside the city limits (59%) 28 calls were in our first due area outside the city limits (29%) 4 calls were automatic mutual aid calls to Fairlea Fire (4%) 8 call was requested mutual aid call (8%)

11 Motor Vehicle Accidents 54 Medical Calls 10 Automatic Fire Alarms 9 Public Service Calls 1 Assist Law Enforcement 4 Dispatched and Cancelled Enroute 3 Combustible Liquid Spill 1 Extrication of Victim from Building 3 Standby Calls 1 Landing Zone 1 Smoke Scare
We have been advised that all three of our FEMA grants have been denied for the 2020 year.
This included our Assistance to Firefighter Grant, Fire Prevention and Safety Grant, and Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response Grant. We will be working with FEMA to see if anything can be done to help us with these grants and will be reapplying for the 2021 year.
