To: JENNIFER UHLINGER, GREEN CLIFFS PROPERTIES, MICHAEL UHLINGER, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that SMART INVESTING LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2025-C-000593, located in WHITE SULPHUR District, LOT 60 0.26 AC WHITE SULPHUR HILL NEIGHBORHOOD S which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of UHLINGER MICHAEL & JENNIFER, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of GREENBRIER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 28, 2026. SMART INVESTING LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 1, 2027, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before December 31, 2026 will be as follows:
