RUPERT, W.Va. (WVDN) – Greenbrier Smokeless Coal announced on Wednesday, July 1, at their corporate headquarters in Rupert that they are making $150,000,000 investment in a rare earth mineral project that will result in approximately 250 jobs in Greenbrier County.

This investment will be funded privately, and Secretary of State Kris Warner is playing a major role in the project.
