Greenbrier County Schools Announces Summer Enrollment Dates

Greenbrier County, WV – Greenbrier County Schools (GCS) invites families to take advantage of upcoming summer enrollment events and discover the outstanding educational opportunities available for students across the county.

Enrollment for Western Region schools will take place: Western Greenbrier Middle School Library 315 Timberwolf Drive, Crawley, WV July 15, 2026 | 10 AM – 3 PM

Enrollment for Eastern Region Schools will take place: Greenbrier County Board of Education – Main Board Room 430 Academic Drive, Lewisburg, WV July 16, 2026, | 10 AM – 3 PM

Families will have an opportunity to meet staff, ask questions, and learn more about the district’s comprehensive programs, safe learning environments, and student support services. Tours of school facilities can also be scheduled on an individual basis.

What to Bring (Required Documents)

To complete enrollment, families should bring:

· Two proofs of residency

· Pre-K Enrollees Only – Proof of income (W-2 or tax return)

· Official state-issued birth certificate (no copies)

· Immunization record

· Social Security card

· Most recent dental exam

· Required physicals (Kindergarten and applicable grades)

· Custody papers (if applicable)

· Name and address of previous school

Additional requirements may apply for Pre-K and Kindergarten enrollment.
