CALDWELL- The Greenbrier River Watershed Association is hosting a morning botany walk on the Greenbrier River Trail, Saturday May 30th.
Please join us at the 2nd larger parking area at the trail in Caldwell at Stonehouse Rd at 9:30 am to enjoy some coffee before heading north on the trail by 10 am to identify plants along the river.
The walk is about one mile up to the big rocks and back, taken at a leisurely pace. No need to register as all are welcome and new participants will receive a free Hydro-Flask reusable water bottle!
The walk will be led by Bella Walker, Appalachian Headwaters Native Plant Program Manager.
