Notice is hereby given that Petitioner, Lily Irene May, has filed a Petition for Emancipation pursuant to W.Va. Code §49-4-115. Any person objecting to such emancipation may appear and be heard in opposition to the Petition at the hearing thereon, which will be held on July 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. before the Honorable Robert E. Richardson at the Greenbrier County Courthouse located at 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, West Virginia. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
