Charleston, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is currently receiving applications to fill the vacancy on the 6th Family Court Circuit (Cabell County). The vacancy is left by Judge Patricia A. Keller, who retired after over twenty-six years of service on the bench.
