Morgantown, W.Va. (WVDN) — On Sunday, April 12, at approximately 4:20 p.m., Corporal F. E. Little responded to a motorcycle crash on Interstate 68 westbound near the 13-mile marker.
The investigation determined that James Roy Smith III, 24, of Morgantown, was traveling west on I-68, when he lost control and was ejected from the motorcycle. Smith was pronounced deceased at the crash scene.
The victims’ next of kin have been notified.
This investigation is still ongoing.
