NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

GREENBRIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

In accordance with W.Va. Code §8A-5-8, notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing during its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the County Commission Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.

Under consideration at the Public Hearing is an application for a MAJOR SUBDIVISION involving the following property, which is in the commercially zoned district:

Highland Park LLC is the owner of 23+/- acres of land located on the southern side of Old Powell Road, ½ mile outside of the city limits of Lewisburg, WV, Parcel #6-9-27, and has requested the approval for a Major Subdivision (3 lots) of the property.

The subdivision application is available for review in the Planning Commission office located in the Courthouse. Anyone interested in the application may attend the public hearing on April 29, 2026, at which time public comments will be heard. Written comments on the application will be considered if they are received prior to the hearing at: The Greenbrier County Planning Commission, 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901.
