NOTICE OF FILING
Application of Interstate Gas Supply, LLC, d/b/a IGS Energy (IGS Energy) for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply natural gas supply services to the public in West Virginia, in West Virginia Public Service Commission Case No. 26-0073-G-EFPP.
IGS Energy has filed an application with the West Virginia Public Service Commission (“PSC”) for participation in an Enhanced Firm Pooling Program to provide natural gas supply services as a supplier or aggregator of natural gas services. IGS Energy proposes to sell natural gas and related services in all counties of West Virginia with the exception of Hampshire, Pleasants, Pocahontas, Taylor and Webster.
The PSC may consider this application without a hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial fitness of IGS Energy may be filed within 15 days of the date of this notice with the Executive Secretary of the PSC, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Please include the Case No. listed above on the protest.
