LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) — Fort Springs Apartments has been officially recognized as the “Best of 2026” award winner in the apartment complex category for Lewisburg.

The distinction, awarded by Business Rate, is based on an analysis of verified customer feedback and data from Google Reviews. Unlike traditional awards that require an application, this honor is derived strictly from authentic resident ratings regarding service excellence and brand reputation.

Located at 3538 Davis Stuart Rd., the complex has seen a significant transformation following a 2022 remodel. Management attributes the recent accolade to these physical improvements and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and affordable environment.

“This apartment complex has come a long way and is very highly sought after,” management stated, noting that the property currently maintains 100% occupancy with a consistent waitlist for new tenants.

Kyle Pittman of the BEST of 2026 Lewisburg Awards noted that the recognition identifies local leaders who excel in customer satisfaction. Fort Springs Apartments joins a list of recognized brands.
