FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – A nighttime Easter egg hunt for children featuring glow-in-the-dark eggs will take place Friday, March 27, 8:00 pm, at Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene in Fairlea.

Several hundred plastic eggs are being prepared for the event, each marked by small glow sticks and containing a small item of candy. The church property will be sectioned off by various age levels, including one section designated for children with special needs. Each participant should bring a basket or bag in which to place the eggs found.

Additionally, gift cards will be offered as special bonus prizes, provided by the church family and local merchants.

If inclement weather occurs and the event is canceled or rescheduled, information will be posted on the church’s Facebook page at “Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene” and the church’s website at gvnazarene.org.

The church is located at 167 Dawkins Dr., one-half mile south of Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, just off Davis Stuart Rd. in Fairlea.
