CDC May Issue New Face Mask Recommendations For K-12 Classrooms

Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), will be hosting a briefing today, July 27, at 3 p.m. to discuss recommended public safety updates on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Anticipated discussions include a recommendation for all those in K-12 classrooms to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, and a recommendation for areas experiencing an increase in Coronavirus cases to once again wear masks.
