NOTICE

THE CORPORATION OF FALLING SPRING a.k.a. TOWN OF RENICK

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to W. Va. Code § 8-12-17, that the Corporation of Falling Spring a.k.a. the Town of Renick, a municipal corporation, will hold a public hearing before the final vote on a proposed resolution to sell its water distribution system to the City of Lewisburg pursuant to a proposed Amended Asset Purchase Agreement by and between the City of Lewisburg, West Virginia, and the Corporation of Falling Spring, West Virginia, a.k.a. the Town of Renick.

The final vote on adoption of said proposed resolution shall be held in the Renick Town Hall on March 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed resolution. Copies of the proposed resolution and the proposed Amended Asset Purchase Agreement are available at the Renick Town Hall or Lewisburg City Hall.
