Winter Timber Cutting Project
For
Meadowbrook Estates Subdivision
Sewer Replacement

Sealed proposals for furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and performing all work for the above project and other miscellaneous items, as set forth in the Contract Documents will be received by Greenbrier PSD #1 for the Winter Timber Cutting Project at the Public Service District offices located at 9035 Seneca Trail South, Ronceverte, WV, until 1:00 p.m. on February 4, 2026, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Greenbrier PSD #1 at 304-645-6632 or by contacting the office of Criss Haynes, Civil Engineer, at 304-667-9507. Payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 is required for each set.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders.

Prospective bidders will be required to file a Bidder’s Information Form with their bid to Greenbrier PSD #1. A copy of the form is included with the contract documents. Bids will be accepted only from bidders who have submitted a Bidder’s Information Form.

All prospective bidders to be registered with the West Virginia Contractor’s Licensing Board at the time of bid opening. Work on the project to be performed in accordance with the West Virginia Division of Forestry Timber Harvesting Exemption provisions.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but Greenbrier PSD #1 reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defect and to accept or reject any and all bids. Experience and qualifications of each bidder to perform the work within the time stated will be given substantial consideration.
