Charleston, W.Va. (WVDN) – Governor Patrick Morrisey and First Lady Denise Morrisey invite local families to visit the Governor’s Mansion for free photos with Santa Claus inside the special life-sized gingerbread house. Photo sessions are available Friday, December 19, and Saturday, December 20, between 12 – 4 p.m. and Sunday, December 21 from 3 – 5 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to welcome West Virginia families into the Governor’s Mansion for photos with Santa,” said First Lady Morrisey. “This is the perfect opportunity to capture the spirit of the season while enjoying some quality time with your loved ones. I can’t wait to see the excitement on children’s faces as they walk through our special gingerbread house.”

Guests are encouraged to use public parking on Friday, while the Capitol Complex parking lot and garage will be available on Saturday and Sunday. Visitors should enter through the gate located on the north side of the Mansion.

Reservations are required for photos with Santa and can be scheduled here. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For those unable to attend this weekend, free holiday tours of the Governor’s Mansion and West Virginia State Capitol can be reserved here.
