WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS W.Va. (WVDN) – Main Street Building Group, LLC wins the Residential Development of the Year award in the Home Builders Association of West Virginia’s Best of West Virginia competition. The HBA presented Main Street Building Group, LLC with the award during its annual convention and awards banquet at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia, on Oct. 25.

Each year, the Home Builders Association recognizes the achievements of West Virginia builders by selecting what is, in the opinion of the committee, the best in a variety of categories, including six categories of new single-family homes, Specialty Projects, Residential Development and Residential Remodels.

MSBG’s 2025 Residential Development of the Year entry was for Ivy Terrace Townhomes in Lewisburg, West Virginia. This private and gated community consists of three-bedroom, three and a half bath with garage and two-bedroom, two and a half bath townhomes. These classically styled buildings have fiber cement lap siding and boast engineered hardwood flooring, quartz and marble countertops, Andersen windows, stainless steel appliances, as well as exceptional insulation and central heating and air conditioning.

“We appreciate the recognition given to us by the Home Builders Association and would like to thank them for selecting Main Street Building Group not only for the Residential Development of the Year award but also the Residential Remodel Home Class III award,” says MSBG principal, Robert E. Vass, III. “We commend our many trade partners, suppliers and talented craftspeople for their part in creating such excellence.”

MSBG is a licensed Class A building contractor specializing in architecturally designed custom homes and is an approved builder at The Greenbrier Sporting Club.

For additional information on building or renovating with Main Street Building Group, LLC please contact Rob Vass at rev@msbuildinggroup.com or visit www.msbuildinggroup.com.
