This matter is before the Court upon the Affidavit of the Petitioner, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-7, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-7, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for a Declaratory judgment Reforming Deed of Trust to Appoint Trustee and commence a Judicial Foreclosure action to enforce Deed of Trust and to appoint a Special Commissioner to foreclose on the subject real estate more commonly known as: Rr 2 Box 169 n/k/a 1607 HOLLIDAY RUN RD, Smoot, WV 24977.
It is ordered that Respondent, Unknown Heirs of Sylvia Eagle, do serve upon Geoff Varney, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
