A Greenbrier County man was arrested on the evening of Friday, June 4 as a result of an incident that occurred back on May 15. Jimmy Joe Justice, 48, of Renick has been charged with brandishing a weapon and destruction of property.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on the night in question, officers responded to a “destruction of property” complaint on Anthony Road in Frankford. The man was later identified through his vehicle’s license plate as Jimmy Joe Justice. The damage Justice allegedly caused to the victim’s vehicle was estimated at $3,091.15.
