ALDERSON W.Va. (WVDN) – In conjunction with the Alderson Strawberry Festival, the Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church will be holding a hot dog and yard sale in the parking lot behind their church on North Monroe Street and immediately behind Fruits of Labor Café on Saturday, May 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event has become a tradition as church members cook up tasty dogs and desserts and have cold drinks for customers to enjoy as they peruse the yard sale bargains on the tables in the parking lot.
There are always interesting items to be found as church members donate the results of their spring cleaning efforts to benefit church programs.
