RONCEVERTE W.Va. (WVDN) – Does your child need a sports physical completed before the 2025-2026 season begins?
On Saturday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to noon, visit CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center Medical Staff Office Building, 1322 Maplewood Ave., for their free sports physicals clinic.
Students must bring the sports physical form provided by their school, signed by a parent/Guardian, to receive a physical.
Forms will be available at the clinic, but it must be signed by a parent/guardian at the clinic.
