MAXWELTON W.Va. (WVDN) – Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and the Union Area Chamber of Commerce are hosting a Small Business Resource Roundup on Wednesday May 7 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Old World Libations in Union.
The open house style event is free and open to the public, offering entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community members a chance to explore valuable business resources available in the Greenbrier Valley.
“Both the EDC and the Chamber are committed to supporting local businesses. We wanted to bring together businesses and the many resources available to them in one place,” said Ruthana Beezley, Executive Director of the Greenbrier Valley EDC. “We want to showcase our partners and the many resources available for businesses and entrepreneurs in Monroe County.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet local, regional, and state resource partners including:

Resource partners offer a variety of services for businesses looking to start or expand a business in our region including business planning and coaching, providing financing through loans or grants, training events, workforce programs, technical assistance funds, and more.
