CALDWELL W.Va. (WVDN) – As they do every year, the Greenbrier River Watershed Association is partnering with Make-it-Shine to assist communities and individuals in sprucing up for the summer. This year’s date is Sunday, April 6, at the Caldwell boat launch, the public access park.

Volunteers will meet at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and muffins, then cleanup will start at 10 a.m. Bags, gloves, pickers, snacks, and water will be provided. Additional details and other events may be found on their Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/greenbrier.watershed

If you are in the upper part of the river or lower and want to organize a clean up at any time, just call us at 304-647-4792, and let them know where you want to clean and they will work with you and arrange for trash pick-up and volunteers.

Organizers hope to see you on April 6.
