Sealed solicitations will be received by the Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative (MSESC) until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
Request for Proposal (RFP) includes: 24.004 – Technology Hardware, software, networking, independent technology consultant, security and safety systems, environmental sensors.
MSESC RFP documents can be downloaded on the AEPAWV website www.aepawv.com or by request at kbhess@k12.wv.us.
All responses must be in electronic format and shall be submitted via email (Preferred), US mail, or hand delivery.
Solicitations will be publicly opened after 3:00 p.m. on March 5, 2025, at Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative, 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064.
