Ellen Marie (Bradley) Erskine
Ellen Marie (Bradley) Erskine (84) passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kester H. Erskine; infant son, Thomas; and daughter, Carol Seldomridge.
Marie was the co-founder of the Greenbrier Better Living Center, where she dedicated 28 years of service, touching countless lives with her kindness and generosity.
Marie is survived by her brother, Carl “Joe” Bradley; children, Gerald M. Erskine, Rita E. Gibson, and Dawn M. Erskine, all of Organ Cave; seven grandchildren, Justin Farmer, Jared Farmer, Alyssa (Erskine) Phelps, Amanda Erskine, Alexander Erskine, Rebecca (Seldomridge) Pepper, and Jeff Seldomridge; and eight great-grandchildren, Callie Farmer, Makayla and William Pepper, Alexander and Callahan Seldomridge, Benjamin and Westley Phelps, and Grant Erskine.
Marie will be greatly missed by her countless friends, who she loved like family, Doris Reed, Olivia Parsons, and Autumn Armbrester.
Marie was laid to rest on their farm in Organ Cave, where she will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her remarkable legacy of love, compassion, and service.
A celebration of her life will be determined at a later date.
