TO: Nolan Cassell and Patricia Allen Cassell
It appearing to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Greenbrier, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandparents of Cloie Jean Cassell and permit Roy Addison Jarrell, Jr. and Christina Beth Jarrell to adopt Cloie Jean Cassell; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandparents has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandparents shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, on or before the 13th day of January, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandparents of Cloie Jean Cassell shall be terminated.
