NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONVEYANCE
APPALACHIAN CONFERENCE INTERNATIONAL PENTECOSTAL HOLINESS (IPHC)
OF
PENIEL PENTECOSTAL HOLINESS CHURCH PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the Appalachian Conference of the IPHC will, on or after December 20, 2024, QUITCLAIM, GRANT and CONVEY to Gene E. Sizemore & Shirley L. Sizemore Family Irrevocable Living Trust all of their right, title, and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land, situate in Tuckahoe Road in White Sulphur Springs District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, about 4 miles south of U.S. 60 on the east side of West Virginia State Local Service Route 50, and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set, on the east side of West Virginia S. L. S. Route 50, a corner to David Johnson; thence with Johnson,
S 61-59 E 135.01 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set; thence
S 28-01 W 90.63 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set; thence leaving Johnson and through the Pentecostal Holiness Church Property,
S 83-37 W 26.42 feet to a fence post; thence
N 59-57 W 51.63 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set; thence
S 74-24 W 44.83 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set; thence
S 36-33 W 110.58 feet to a 10-inch Pine; thence
S 28-49 W 39-98 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set, on the David Johnson property line; thence with Johnson,
N 61-59 W 12.20 feet to a 3/4-inch iron pipe, set, on the east side of Route 50; thence leaving Johnson and with Route 50,
N 31-09 E 99.87 feet to a point; thence
N 26-19 E 184.36 feet to the beginning and containing 0.398 of an Acre, more or less, as surveyed by Greenbrier Surveying Co., Inc. of Lewisburg, West Virginia, in July, 1992, and as shown on a plat attached hereto and made a part of this description.
AND BEING a part of the tract of land conveyed to the Pentecostal Holiness Church by J. D. Alpaugh by deed dated the 10th day of November, 1922, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 101 at page 27.
Said Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church was declared closed effective September 26, 2024, by resolution of a majority of the Appalachian Conference IPHC Executive Council.
