LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Family Refuge Center is thrilled to announce its approval for the Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP) tax credits. The NIP tax credits provide an excellent opportunity for donors to contribute to the Family Refuge Center while receiving substantial state tax benefits. Qualifying donations are eligible for additional state tax credits of up to 50% of the donation amount.
The Family Refuge Center has been a cornerstone of the community, offering a safe haven and comprehensive services for families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crises. With additional funding from NIP tax credits, the center aims to further its mission of creating a safer and more supportive environment for all.
