Ellis, Esq., at 1118 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301, co-counsel for Plaintiff, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 29, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you. This Order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Charleston Gazette, a newspaper in the publication area of Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and The West Virginia Daily News, a newspaper in the publication area of Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, WV.
