LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – FRIDAY, NOV. 1: THE RODNEY MARSALIS PHILADELPHIA BIG BRASS – Mainstage Performance on Friday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. featuring The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass, America’s premier large brass ensemble. Tickets start at $35/adult and $20/student. Enjoy Club Carnegie in the Board Room before the concert from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available. 

SUNDAY, NOV. 10: UNITED STATES AIR FORCE HERITAGE BRASS BAND – Free Special Performance by the U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Band on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. Free General Admission. First come, first served. Doors open at 2 p.m.

THURSDAY, NOV. 14: SETH MAYNARD – Second Stage Performance on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. featuring guitarist Seth Maynard. Maynard’s years of training at Berklee College of Music are evident in his skillful and colorful guitar and vocal stylings in various genres of music. The Second Stage Series takes place in the Old Stone Room and is general admission seating. Tickets are $20/adult; and $10/child.

FRIDAY, DEC. 6: WEST VIRGINIA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA – Mainstage Performance on Friday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. featuring The Sound of the Season by West Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Tickets start at $45/adult and $20/student. Enjoy Club Carnegie in the Board Room before the concert from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available. 

ROTATING GALLERIES:

OLD STONE ROOM GALLERY – “Anything Goes” by the West Virginia Watercolor Society. The exhibit runs through the end of December.

MUSEUM GALLERY – “Solitary Reflections” by Robert Singleton. The exhibit runs through the end of December.

LOBBY GALLERY – “Inside View” by Merideth Young. The exhibit runs through the end of December.

BOARD ROOM GALLERY – TBA

PERMANENT EXHIBIT:  

ARTS FROM THE ASHES: THE HISTORY OF CARNEGIE HALL – The exhibit features memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and more of Carnegie Hall since its construction in 1901. Located on the second floor. Free admission
