LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet on Monday, Nov. 4, at 5 p.m. in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, 942 Washington Street W., to hear the following applications:

4. Sugar Bear Gifts, 438 B Court Street, install an 18-by-24-inch aluminum sign on existing bracket
5. Austin Neal, 1184 Washington Street East, dismantle existing stone retaining wall for the corner of the neighbor’s driveway, replacing with Ohio limestone and replacing fill and drainage
6. Russell Amundson, 1248 Washington Street E., replace nonfunctional gutter with half round to match the original gutters, K-style gutters on the porch and rear are to be replaced with the half round as original, re-roof the tin shingle roof with metal shingles in (Colonial Gray,) color
7. Shuck Memorial Church, 133 Burdette Lane, install a black aluminum fence that will be 4 feet tall, around the back empty lot
8. Villa Land Company, 333 Foster Street, relocate electrical boxes per Mon Power (safety issue), to the front left corner of the apartment building
9. Virginian Land Company, 900 Washington Street, replace roof with silver metal standing seam roof with snow guards and drip edge
10. Campbell Revocable Trust, 332 Foster Street, alter accessory structure by replacing roofing system, relocating existing window, add I window install light fixtures, modify patio system and add a water collection system
11. Greenbrier County Commission, 912 Court Street S., construct a 5-foot-high iron fence between 912 Court Street S. and 958 Court Street with a two-panel access gate
12. Greenbrier Mercantile LLC, 956 Washington Street, renovation of unused rear of building, with doors and windows.
13. Andrew Must and Tia Bouman, 149 Walnut Street, renovation and addition to existing house with a carport addition
14. Kahsyne LLC, 775 Court Street, remove north stairwell, install store front doors, and glass garage doors on north wall, Install Board and Batten Hardi board on north and west.
15. Court and Stratton, 865 Court Street N., new TPO roof with black metal coping
16. Jody Wooton, 886 Washington Street, add mosaic tile logo at the vestibule floor
