The object of the above action is to declare by Order, pursuant W.Va. R. Civ. P. 57 and W.Va. Code §55-13-1 et. seq., correction/confirmation of a title issue regarding certain real estate.
It appearing by the amended Petition filed in this action that the decedent respondent, Virginia Bostic, has no estate opened on her behalf or otherwise any legal agent for service of process in the State of West Virginia.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs of Virginia Bostic serve upon Jamie L. Baker, Circuit Clerk, 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901, and Ryan H. Keesee, Esq., at 1581 Main Street, Suite 200, Warrington, PA 18976, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before Thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
