Martha Elizabeth Scott Fullen, 68, of Fairlea, WV, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020.
She was born on February 19, 1951, to Howard and Lucille Honaker Scott in Caldwell, WV.
She married her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen, on December 30, 1970.
Martha worked for City National Bank for over 30 years, and retired from the Greenbrier County Magistrate’s Office. She was a member of the ARP Church in Fairlea. She loved shopping, spending time with her family and friends, and attending the state fair.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Foster.
Martha is survived by her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen; four children, Michael Douglas Fullen of Fairlea, Mary Ruth Lambert (Luke) of Union, KY, Marcus Bell Fullen (Mandy) of Vinton, VA, and Brandon Scott Fullen (Junko) of Savannah, GA; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother, Tommy Scott (Frances) of Lewisburg, WV; sisters, Anna Defibaugh (Frank) and Freda Casto, both of Caldwell, and Mary Lee (Tom) of Leesburg, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at the funeral home, with Pastor Ike Hughes and Pastor Bill Harris officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenbrier Memorial Gardens.
