GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – Marvin Beverage from Hillsboro, West Virginia has made the wooden clovers for the “H” awards at 4-H camps since 1993 in Greenbrier County. 4-H Agent Linda Simmons recruited Beverage to saw Greenbrier County 4-H Camp clovers since he had been sawing Pocahontas County’s many years prior. Marvin has always enjoyed woodworking and giving back to 4-H. Beverage just recently decided to retire from sawing clovers. He definitely will be missed in the Greenbrier County 4-H Program.
