A local community learning upstart was the recipient of a $500 donation after the community voted in its favor.
For the past several months, Greenbrier Chevrolet held a competition, asking for nominations and for the public to vote on which Greenbrier County non-profit is the most deserving of a $500 prize. In December, that award went to Meadow River Valley Early Childhood Learning (MARVEL) Center.
