Robert David Wooling, 77, of Renick, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at the Pocahontas Continuous Care Center in Marlinton, WV.
Born on March 25, 1942, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of Howard James and Sara Angeles Gwyn Wooling.
Bob was a member of the Spring Creek Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cyan Maroney.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Autumn Schmidt Wooling; son, Steven Robert Wooling (Cheryl Gore) of Fairlea, WV; daughters, Virginia Wooling (Michael Maroney) of Renick and Demetria Graham (Gary Don Graham) of Alvon, WV; brothers, Howard Wooling (Ernestine) of Newark, CA, Leonard Wooling (Glorietta) of Marietta, GA, and Kenneth Wooling (Rosalyn) of Chesapeake, VA; sisters, Sandra Chen (George) of Framingham, MA, and Sarah Foster (William) of Kingston, Jamaica; grandchildren, Keiron Maroney, David Moore, Marcus Wooling, and Devin Chance Wooling; great-granddaughter, Maya Wooling; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services were held on Thursday, December 26, 2019, at the Ellis Chapel Cemetery on Brushy Flat Road in Renick.
The family would like to thank the staff at Pocahontas Continuous Care for their wonderful, devoted care to Bob over the last nine years.
