NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the County Commission Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse located at 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
In accordance with W.Va. Code §§ 24D-1-1 et seq., the Greenbrier County Commission, as the franchising authority, shall conduct a Public Hearing to consider the request by Cebridge Acquisition, LLC and/or Altice USA, Inc. for the renewal of a franchise agreement to operate a cable system within Greenbrier County, West Virginia, which is operating under the name of Optimum.
The application and supporting materials are available for review in the County Commission office located on the second floor of the Greenbrier County Courthouse and are available on the county website: www.greenbriercounty.net.
Interested members of the public are welcome to attend the Public Hearing on October 23, 2024, or may submit written comments to: The Greenbrier County Commission, 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901. To be considered, written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 22, 2024.
