Evva Jean Webb Tucker, 65, of Jay, FL, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019.
She was born in Covington, VA, on July 12, 1954, to the late Henry Lolan Webb and Lola L. Hoke Webb.
Evva worked for International Paper for 25 years, and was part of the Pace Local USW 1561.
She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Lori Jean Ebeltoft (1974) and Randi Lynn Ebeltoft (1980); and three sisters, Joy Rigby, Virginia Gee, and Donna Radford.
Evva is survived by the love of her life and soulmate of 40 years, Jeff Tucker; stepdaughter, LeAnn Tucker of Nashville, TN; brothers, Bill Webb and Steven Webb (Mary Anne) both of White Sulphur Springs, WV; sisters, Nancy Barton (Bill) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Barbara Bostic (Maxwell) of White Sulphur Springs, and Vickie Allen of White Sulphur Springs; special lifelong friend, Brenda Burdette Walthall; and a family of many nieces, nephews, and extended relatives, who adored her and will cherish the many memories shared together.
Evva was a most caring, loving, and generous friend. She spent her life helping others. She took under her loving wing, those she found suffering or in need. She will be remembered as a compassionate and constant friend to those who knew her.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints on Rt. 92 in White Sulphur Springs.
