Building Repair
Bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 or by email at grecycle450@gmail.com until 2:00 p.m., September 4, 2024.
The project site is the Greenbrier County Recycle Center, located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
You may schedule a site visit for inspection of project by calling 304-645-4232.
Bid shall include the following:
1. A full description of how the repairs will be completed.
2. Description of how the building will be strengthened by the repairs.
3. Diagram showing the repairs and strengthening of the building.
4. Total cost of repairs, labor, and any other costs associated with this project.
Successful bidder will be required to provide licensing, proof of insurance, and obtain any permits that may be required.
All bidding documents must be submitted by September 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. Any contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the project, has a valid WV Contractor’s license, and meets the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and County in which the work is to be performed. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part.
