Jack Miller Boone, age 86, died on Sunday, September 15, 2019.
After graduating from White Sulphur Springs High School in 1953, and then attending a semester at Greenbrier Military School, Jack was drafted and served two years in the army, stationed in Chicago, IL.
Returning to White Sulphur Springs, WV, he chose a career as a plumber, serving an apprenticeship at The Greenbrier.
Jack and family relocated in the early 1960s to Pompano Beach, FL, where Jack continued his plumbing career.
His wife and children still reside in Florida.
He left behind his beloved wife, Virginia, of 66 years; and two children, daughter, Teresa, age 64, and a son, Jack, age 65.
A service will be held at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in White Sulphur Springs at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2019. Internment will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Organ Cave, WV.
