Fairlea, WVa. (WVDN) – Brenda Workman, licensed Food for Life Instructor and Motivational Speaker, will be at the State Fair of West Virginia on Wednesday, August 14th, to present two plant-based diet and cooking demonstrations. The first will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the second will start at 2:00 p.m. The presentations will be held on stage in the West Virginia Building and are free of charge.
