COVINGTON, Va. (WVDN)- The Covington Lumberjacks Bark in the Park night has been rescheduled for June 16 at 6:30 p.m. after the original game was cancelled due to weather. Fans are encouraged to bring donations of dog and cat food for the Alleghany Humane Society, which will also be on hand with adoptable pets. Guests are welcome to bring their four-legged friends as long as they are on a leash.

Ronceverte Christian Church to hold VBS for all ages

RONCEVERTE W.Va. (WVDN) – Come one, come all, children of all ages, to “Big Top Samson,” a Vacation Bible School held at Ronceverte Christian Church from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be a bouncy house, games, crafts, face painting, food, and lots and lots of fun.

The church is located on Gypsy Heights Road (first right going south down Ronceverte Hill – Route 219).
