LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet on Monday, June 10 at 5 p.m. in the
Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers 942 Washington Street in Lewisburg.

Agenda
1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the May 13, 2024 meeting.
3. Comments from the public.
4. MacAttack 979 Washington Street, replace downspouts and gutters.
5. MacAttack, 979 Washington Street, replace cedar facia with aluminum.
6. Kashyne LLC, removal of stair tower with addition of a steel staircase with awning
over the new staircase on the old True Value Building.
7. Daniel Boone, 1894 Washington repaint trim with Oxford White and add two wrought
iron handrails on the front porch, rebuild steps and handrails to garage apartment.
8. Carey Abbot, 410 Echols Lane, New roof and chimney cap.
9. Emil Stalis, 175 Randolph Street, rebuild two chimneys.
10. West Washington Street 886 Washington Street, repair and repaint brick, install
new door, replace glass windows, add railing in the front windows on Washington
Street.
11. Tryg Brody, 465 Lafayette Street, replace roof with black Pinnacle Shingles.
12. Steve Stone, 1722 Washington Street East, remove existing back porch, add 20’x 30
screened in porch.
13. Steve Stone, 1722 Washington Street East, t6x’20 ‘bedroom addition right side of
house.
14. Adjournment.

The deadline for the July Historic Landmark’s Commission will be at 12:00 pm. On Tuesday June 18, 2024. The meeting will be held on Monday, July 15 at 5 p.m.
